How do you get to your customers?
Essentially, there are 2 main options here:
Option 1) – Warm leads from the head office
Option 2) – Social Selling via LinkedIn
Option 1) – Warm leads from the head office
The longer you work with us in sales and we recognize on the basis of various evaluation criteria that you are seriously working in sales with us, the more warm leads you will receive from the head office. Essentially, your evaluation by the head office depends on how seriously and effortfully you perform option 2. The more serious you are about your work, the more warm leads you will get fed to you over time.
Option 2) – Social Selling using LinkedIn:
We have developed a strategy for LinkedIn that we believe is the best form of cold calling. To use this strategy, you need to do the following things in as much detail as possible.
2a) Create a LinkedIn profile, based on this LinkedIn profile and recreate it as detailed as possible: www.linkedin.com/in/dominik-mikulaschek-erklärvideos/
Additionally, we recommend googling or searching YouTube for what the current criteria are for a professional LinkedIn profile. Your LinkedIn profile is your business card and will very much determine whether or not someone wants to buy an explainer video from you in the future.
Once you have created the LinkedIn profile, please send us your credentials so that we can connect your profile to our blog automation program. This will ensure that high quality content from the head office is posted on your profile every week and you don’t have to worry about it. This ensures that everyone you network with will perceive you as a professional in the field of explainer videos right from the start, as we work out high-quality posts here every week and these posts will be seen that way by the people you network with.

In addition, we recommend that you post photos from your own life from time to time, this makes your profile more human and loosens up your profile, which makes you appear more likeable. And that’s ultimately what social selling on LinkedIn is all about, appearing competent and personable. You can also take a cue here from posts from other people you’ve networked with. The more likes someone gets and the more comments are attached, the greater the likelihood that this person has understood how LinkedIn works and is handling it properly. The important thing is to use your LinkedIn to attract positive attention in multiple layers, with a wide variety of posts. Note: Do not modify this 2nd message under any circumstances, as we know from practical experience that this message is target-oriented. If you send the 2nd message like this to the people you have successfully networked with, you will 100% receive more and more feedback over time regarding an appointment request.
Other ways to push one’s LinkedIn account:
1) Comment on posts from people you’ve networked with.
2) Liking all comments on a post and networking with the people who wrote the comments by hovering over the photo, whereupon a window will pop up offering to network with the person!
By means of these 2 steps, you again enormously increase the attention of your LinkedIn profile!
To make these 2 push factors palatable: We have advertisers who write up to 10 comments per day and have made deals with up to 50,000 euros. The companies became aware on the basis of the various comments and the professional explanatory video profile, as well as the overall likeable appearance of the respective advertisers.
Possibility of LinkedIn automation:
To automate LinkedIn in the best possible way, one needs the Sales Navigator at LinkedIn and the Octopus software. The advantage of this automation is, you target your target group sustainably in a minimum of time (10 minutes of effort per day, instead of 30 to 45 minutes by manual work). The monthly costs for the automation are 75 Euro for the Sales Navigator and 15 Dollar for the Octopus software.
Note: You don’t have to use these automation tools, it’s just an option, but in my opinion it’s very important for long-term success on LinkedIn. The first month you can test the Sales Navigator for free and you can easily unsubscribe after the trial month. The Octopus software can be tested for 7 days for free. If you sell only 1 explainer video in 4 weeks, you can fully charge for both tools. If you sell more than one video in 4 weeks, you can charge for both tools in the following months. If you follow our instructions, it is almost impossible not to sell an explainer video in 4 weeks. You have to pay for the automation tools yourself, because we can’t control if you are seriously working with them in your home office and otherwise we would be stuck with the costs for many sales people. If you invest the 10 minutes every day, the successes will follow automatically and you will definitely not be stuck with the costs in the long run. Essentially, all of our top salespeople use the two automation tools and are very successful with them.

Use Sales Navigator correctly on LinkedIn: It is essential to select the right region and positions in the Sales Navigator. The region, i.e. state, will be assigned to you by us!

Once you’ve saved the search, you can go back to it at any time. You can then copy the URL shown above and add it to the Octopus software under Connect.
Point 1: Select Connect
Point 2: leave the selection
Point 3: copy the URL from Sales Navigator search
Point 4: Enter 2500 and press the button send to CRM. This will take a few minutes until the contacts are imported into the CRM system. Then simply click on the CRM button on the bottom left and you should find the 2500 contacts in the Octopus system.
In my case, for example, there are currently 767. But if you import the contacts again, you can always import a maximum of 2,500 contacts. Now click on Connect and insert this text in the white big window:
I just looked at your profile and your company and would like to connect with you.
Then, to the left of the Launch button, insert the number 50 and click Launch. Now within 60 to 90 minutes the system will send out those 50 networking requests.

Point 1: Select message
Point 2: Leave as is
Point 3: Copy the URL
Point 4: Always enter number 1000
Then click Send to CRM. In the CRM system you will always find a different number in Message, depending on how many people have accepted the networking request. As soon as there is a number at Message, you can see that the import of the promised networks has worked.
Now click on the Message button and enter the following text in the text window: I took a detailed look at your company website yesterday and I have some great ideas for using explainer videos to enhance your overall corporate communication.
I would appreciate if you could give me 15 minutes of your precious time in a personal phone call to convince you of my ideas for the profitable use of explainer videos for your company.
Before Last Name
Then take the number at Message on the left and enter it at the item Launch ident. For example, if Message says 35, then you also enter 35 at Launch. Then one clicks “Launch” and it is written automatically the persons with the 2nd message, who have agreed the cross-linking.
If you use these 2 automation steps every day, you will get lots of positive feedback very quickly. Of course, some will not respond or find the message not quite as sympathetic, but you will have every day with it corresponding successes too.
